Question about 2wire 2700HG-B Router (2700HGB)
This started a couple of months ago. It's like I need to kick in the rear to get it to do something. I'll go on line or to a web site and it will just stop loading the page (the green bar, lower rt screen) I would click stop then reload and it would finish loading the web page after a couple times of that. Is it my computer or the Router??
Thanks any help is greatly needed.
I would start investigating from the browser. Which browser do you use? Internet Explorer?
Go ahead and download Google Chrome (a light weight browser) from http://www.google.com/chrome, then install it and give it a try. If that solves it, that means your problem was due to the browser. You can either keep using Chrome, or download the latest version of Internet Explorer and re install it.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
