Hi, I tried using my Saeco Magic De Luxe one day, it grinded the coffee, but made a loud noise when trying to pump the water through the coffee.
It stops then comes up with error lights, then spits out dry coffee.
There is plenty of water, and the milk frother works, but not for the coffee.
I have opened it up and there was a clog in the tube that drips out the coffee, cleaned the whole machine out, but still does the same thing.
Is there only 1 pump, or seperate ones for the steamer and coffee. Because I think it has something to do with the pump.

Can you please try firstly making a "Pre ground Coffee" on your coffee machine by selecting the pre ground button and making a coffee without coffee in the bypass.
If that doesnt work, let me know.
If it does, open slide the grinder right up to the coursest setting and see if water comes through.
Once again if that doesnt work let me know.
