Question about HP PSC 500 All-In-One Printer
Ypou told me to fix my crooked printing problem by going to the printer control panel and then to utilities or maintenance to align the cartridges. The problem now is that I do not find anything that says Utilities or Maintenance. I do know that the cartriges need to be aligned by I can't figure out how to do it.
Pleasse give more dtail on getting to the printer control panel. Maybe I am not getting to the right place.
Try this I think it will fix it.
Go to HP.COM.
Then select the Support and Drivers tab.
It will have steps to follow.
In step one select support and troubleshooting information.
step two enter your printer and then press go.
Now on the page that opens go to "solve a problem" and open it.
On the page that opens go down to "printing" and open it.
now open where it say"s "print quality." and open it.
Then select " printed text or image is skewed or crooked" open it. Follow the on screen instructions.
