turn the computer around, there is a serial number attached to the back panel, you are going to need that, and also write down the model of the computer, it should be on the front of the computer.
go to Dell.com, click on download and support. select the system you have. you should be able to get all of the drivers for the system. privided you didn't change anything in the computer.
