Question about Audiovox VE705 7" Drop-Down LCD TV with AM/FM Tuner Replaces VE700 Television
I bought a used unit and can't get more than one station. When I try to get it to stop at a station, it won't. It just keeps going.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Stops receiving signals
Make sure that your antenna is in a line of sight such as a window. I know Sirius works in an Easterly direction for line of sight but I think XM works in a Westerly direction for line of sight.
The system has a buffer in it so it can take 5-10 minutes to lose the signal if it does. Keep an eye on the meter.

SOURCE: Audiovox CE-500S tuner issues
Check to make sure your antenna properly extended, add a wire to the terminal or rod to bring up the gain, sometimes the tuner becomes dirty and causes a loud raspy sound, if that is the case buy electronic tuner spray, take unit apart! you should see a square plastic container with screws and tuning plates, spray into holes where the screws are, tune back and forth a few times, and repeat. Tuning will drift for sometime until compound dries.
