Default paper option

Hi,

You can try to do these steps >>

click on start > control panel > printer n faxes > right click properties > print a test page > see if it prints in a correct format .

in case it doesnot >

delete the printer icon > from printer n faxes .
unplug the usb cable > go to device manager > uninstall imaging devices > restart the computer .
plug in the usb cable > u shud see found new hardware wizard > follow the steps n install teh basic drviers once again.

It shud be working .
