Hiya Ginko, we spoke recently about how to download dvds!! After we spoke i found a site called Limewire.com and started downloading music to my PC, everything was great until this morning. I turnt oon my laptop and found a message from Microsft windoows (in the bottom right hand corner, aboove the icoons) stating that :-
"You may have been a victim of software coounterfeiting.
This copy of Window did not pass genuine Windows validation.
Ask for genuine microsooft software."
When i clicked onto it, it told me i would need too purchase windows Xp for 97 pounds, something i caannot afford. so i was wondering if there was any way round this, such as restoring setting oor prehaps downlooading it from a site now that my comp has gone wrong? and what exactly would be the name of the software i need to download becaus when i typed in windows Xp, lots came up, pls help i really need my comp working.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. goodluck!

limewire wont work even if you registered because limewire has been cancelled due to copyrighting and being illegal but there something similar that know i use which is frostwire http:\\ www.frostwire.com download it and install its very similar...
Limewire was closed down months ago. Call your credit card company,, immediately and ask for the fraud department. Also, run your virus scanner, if you attempted to connect to the limewire web-site. Then download this Malicious Software Removal Program from microsoft.com (it's free).
If your Virus Scan Program is out dated, delete it from <Start>, <Control Panel>, Make sure Top Right Corner is set to Category (if Vista or Windows 7). In XP Add/Remove Programs.
Then under programs Select Un-install a Program. Choose your expired Virus Scan Program.
Delete the LW Preferences folder called .limewire
(whilst LW is closed!) & found here: Windows NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP:
C:/Documents And Settings/your_username/.limewire OR for Windows 98 /
ME: "C:\My Documents"
But keep keep in mind once you delete your LW Preferences folder you
will need to reset all your LW option settings so you might want to
make a note of them 1st.
I am going to tell you how to fix this problem step-by-step and best of all it's absolutely FREE. 1) Go to http://www.limewire.com and download limewire, once you have done this, install it. 2) Open limewire and type the make and model of your motherboard, then download one or more that you think should be suitable for your Laptop, then install them and you should be good to go! Please also remember to put a good rating on my profile.
I think I had a chat with you , here is trancription:
You are now in session with bazza1963 ginko says: hi ginko says: are you there? ginko says: seems
you need to re-install driver softwar for your printer, do you have
printer disks? and which version of operative system are you using
(Windows XP, Vista, etc) ginko says: I will try to find drivers for windows, give me some minute ginko says: Here is Driver download page for your printer, start downloading the one for for your system: ginko says: www.qms.com ginko says: Here
is installation guide, same as the one provided with printer:
ftp://ftp.minolta-qms.com/pub/cts/out_going/manuals/5430dl/ig54dl.pdf ginko says: ftp://ftp.minolta-qms.com/pub/cts/out_going/manuals/5430dl/ig54dl.pdf ginko says: download the above driver software. ginko says: is the same as the one distributed in disk coming with printer , if you have the disk you can use the disk ginko says: Once you downloaded software do the following: ginko says: 1 disconnect printer from PC ginko says: 2
expand and install downloaded software, alternatevely use the disk
provided with the printer. Do this with printer disconnected. ginko says: 3
when asked from installation, or after installation, connect the
printer to your computer using the USB cable , not the
network (ethernet) cable ginko says: 4 the printer will be recognised in Windows, if it does not restart the PC ginko says: You must use an usb cable to use this printer as a local printer. ginko says: You may need a router to use the ethernet cable (one similar to thick phone cable) provided with the printer ginko says: therefore ensure you are using the right cable ginko says: here
is an example of usb cable, sometimes it is not provided with the
printer, have a look,. This is the right cable you need to use to
connect this printer to local computer, the other one is for
