the Roxio Easy that u are loading on your windows is a new version

Most probably the CD does not have the autoun function or the autorun is no functioning. If you need to install the software, open the Windows Explorer and click on the drive for the CD and on the Explorer right side plane double click the "setup" installer and the installation should run.
1. Open Windows Explorer. 2. Follow this path C:\\ Program Files \\ Common Files \\ Install Shield locate the sub folders Engine and IScript. 3. Rename (Right Click and choose "Rename" both folders example: Engineold & IScriptold. 4. Close out of Windows Explorer and run setup again. 5. Apply the latest update patches from our website www.roxio.com. www.roxio.com
You may need to run the setup directly from the CD rather than letting the autorun start and running it from there. Open up "My Computer" and go to the CD drive, right click on it and select "Explore" find the "Setup" file, and right click on that, select "Run as Adminstrator".
