Check all of your fuses and make sure you are getting power to the red wire. It sounds like you are getting power to the yellow wire already. Both the red and yellow wires have to have power going to them in order for the radio to work.

Some Panasonic stereo's don't like non shop bought, home burnt discs (they are recorded at a different level) so try new discs plus run a CD laser cleaner through your system.

I attach my new ipod touch to my JVC car stereo and the screen displays CANNOT PLAY. What is my problem?

Are you attaching it via usb on the deck or aux? Because if it is via usb the touch is probably not supported.

I would check both of the power wires for the unit. There is a yellow one and a red one. The yellow one always has power regardless of the position of the ignition switch. The red one only gets power when the ignition switch is in the on position. Also does this only happen when the vehicle is in motion or does it happen just sitting and listening to the stereo? It also could possibly be the ground wire not getting a good connection. Make sure the ground wire is tightly connected to something that is metal. Good luck.
