Question about Lexmark E340 Laser Printer
When I remove toner and photo conductor the printed page is laying there. When I open the back, the paper is about 1 1/2 inches out. All the gears seem to be turning okay. I watched as I sent a paper through and it always stops at the same point. I was wondering if the exit sensor could be the problem. I don't know what it is supposed to look like or how long it is, but it does look like one end is not finished. Perhaps broken? How is one of these suppose to look and how long should it be?
Basically it should look like it is touching the upper roller, the gap should be a small one it it barely sticks out it is broken and the paper is not being detected as going trough the fuser.
