if your isp is Roadrunner one fix is: -When configuring your PS3 network (regardless of wired or wireless), use
the manual option. If you use DHCP, leave address resolution at
automatic -Change DNS server entry to manual.
The DNS addresses are:
188.8.131.52 or/and 184.108.40.206
Once replaced, you should have no problem logging in.

if that dont work people say u should unplug your router 4 a couple of minutes then plug it back in
check your internet conection settings. power cycle your network equippment and restore the default settings on your ps3. dns errors dont have anything to do with your ps3. it's with your network equipment or how you have everything setup
