Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 250 All-In-One Laser Printer

Fax noise Hello! I'm sure this is a fairly easy question but, we had someone come in and fix our fax function due to a memory overflow. However, ever since, the fax machine makes a bit of noise everytime we receive a fax. Is there any way to turn this off?

Faxes in memory

If fax went to temporary storage in the memory due to low ink level, just simply open the cover and replace the cartridge/s (without navigating away from the printer's current fax function). Once new cartridge/s is recognized, press ok to continue printing the fax in the memory. Hope this helps.

Can I reprint an incoming fax? I ran out of ink and the copies are unreadable? Pls tell me how to reprint a fax on my 6310 officejet.

If the printer doesn't have memory function itself... they're not going to reprint.

However, for your HP6310, they do have a function for 100 pages of fax memory.

Fo go fax manu (on your left side, by facing printer), press the fax set up and will see the reprint for fax.

If you would like to save money, try refill kit by "ROADINK".
Not only they are easy, but also the printing quality is good.
For your better understanding pls check out my youtube video.
And will see how easy ink refill can be done.

I cannot FAX anything because I keep getting "memory low press enter" when I try to FAX. How can I fix this?

Deleting faxes from memory
Use this procedure only if you are concerned someone else has access
to your product and will try to reprint faxes from the reprint memory.
CAUTION In addition to clearing the reprint memory, this procedure clears any fax
currently being sent, unsent faxes pending redial, faxes scheduled to be
sent at a future time, and faxes not printed or forwarded.
To delete faxes from memory
1 Press menu/enter.
2 Press > once to display Fax Functions and press menu/enter.
3 Use the button to select Clear Saved Faxs, and press
menu/enter.
4 Press menu/enter to confirm the deletion.

Cannot use the fax portion of the copier due to password issues.

There is on department code to control the access of the MFP. For fax function, need to make sure the fax board is installed where ( with RJ11 phone port ) the fax board is an optional accessories.

I have a MFC-240C printer/fax, and I am not sure how to connect it to my computer. I am not even sure if it does connect to my computer! Can someone explain to me how to connect the printer to my PC?

Hello,

The Printer has to be connected on the port of your computer which is available behind your PC Cabinet.

I have pasted a link for manual which will guide you connect and load drivers and software of your printer.

It is very easy to connect and get started, so do not worry.

Cheers

I need the fax software for 1185 lexmark anyone have it ,

Make sure the computer and the All-In-One are on.
• Make sure the computer is connected to a phone line. A phone
connection is required for faxing to function.
• The memory may be full. Wait until the faxes in memory have been
sent, and then send the current fax again.

Cancelling Incoming Faxes in Memory

see manual (can be download from homepage www.brother.com). If you are a victim of spam faxes you better buy a new mfc with a pc-fax-incoming-transmission function (e.g. mfc 440cn etc.) This will give you the opportunity to have a look at the faxes on the screen first and then to decide which one should be printed.
