my ACER 4715Z crystal eye webcam is not working even i have installed all the related drivers from the ACER site.

Please solve my problem if u can.

- i have installed the driver of my Acer Crystal Eye webcam but the web cam is not working. there is an icon on the start menu but it is still showing the message that the camera doesnot exist- intisar_rana

if the appropriate driver installed then the camera option comes on the my computer windows at the bottom. it means the appropriate camera driver is not installed choose the right one from list or install it from the cd come with ur laptop
