SGH-D600 unable to view INBOX

To delete all your inbox messages at once, go to the inbox, select the options, then scroll till you see mark, then a checkbox will show up on all the message in the inbox, then you check all, once you are through checkin, you press option and select delete all checked.

All the messages in the inbox will be deleted. Try it out and see.

Open any text message & use the volume buttons given on the left hand side of the phone to increase & decrease the size.

Go to Menu--message--inbox--open up the message which u want to delete n then press the option button---u will see Erase/Delete as an option then click OK.Again press OK if asks for confirmation.That's how u empty your inbox. If u want to delete all the inbox messages then for that also you have an option in the inbox. Just don't forget to press the "Option" button if u have to see the function.

first press menu, select messages, then press menu button again, scroll down to cleanup messages, select, then scroll down to which box you want to delete and select. done!

To access your Inbox, Drafts and Sent Items follow the steps below:

• From the Main Message menu
• Select Emailbox (Figure 6)
  
• Select your default email account i.e. Gmail (Figure 7)
  
• Select OK
• Then choose from – Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent (Figure 8)
  

To receive emails access your Inbox, you will then be asked if you wish to retrieve your mail, press Retrieve to do this and emails will be directed to your handset. This is also where you set up your email but make sure you have an internet package on your phone too. Call Customer care if this doesn't work. Sorry your having so much trouble with this, hope I helped!

First open your phone. Press upper right (-) key to get menu. Press joystick up 1 time to get Messaging. Press joystick center select button 1 time, then down 1 time for "Inbox" (or down 3 times for email). Press center select 1 time, joystick down 1time for Inbox, center select for first message. Press upper right (-) key for "More", then joystick down 2 times to get "Forward", press center select. Press upper left (-) key to "Continue", press joystick up 1 time to get "enter email addr." Press joystick center select button, and enter the email address you want to forward the message to. After you have typed in the email address, press upper left (-) key "OK" 2 times to "Send", if you normally enter a password, type it now, press upper left (-) key for "OK" and your message will be sent. I had this problem on a Fusic (LX-550). The error occurs because a picture mail is corrupted that you're currently trying to preview (inbox). The Fusic inbox shows 3 pic mails at a time. If one of the three is bad, you'll get that error. If the bad pic mail is the most recent in the inbox, then send 3 pic mails to yourself to bump the bad one to number 4. This should allow you to get to your inbox without the error, although you still have to avoid the bad pic mail page(move up in the inbox to see you're oldest mail). Sending pic mails to yourself one at a time is one method of narrowing down the bad pic mail. The permanent fix is to install bitpim, edit->detect phone, view->view file system, navigate to /EPM/MediaStore/MessageStore and delete the offending pic mail. The file name with the highest number is probably most recent. Right click on the file and perform a hex dump to read the message time stamp. Do a backup first and view the hexdump to verify you're deleting a pic mail file. Good luck!
