Having trouble with all my speakers except my twitters in a 2007 Saturn Outlook...what do I start with? Fuses are good

Speakers get power from the amp if your system has one or from the radio , if the tweeters work it's not a fuse problem . You like listen to your stereo loud . Blew a channel in the radio or amp ?
Take it and have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes
DTC B1025 01: Audio Output 1 Left Front Circuit Short to Battery
DTC B1025 02: Audio Output 1 Left Front Circuit Short to Ground
DTC B1035 01: Audio Output 2 Right Front Circuit Short to Battery
DTC B1035 02: Audio Output 2 Right Front Circuit Short to Ground
DTC B1045 01: Audio Output 3 Left Rear Circuit Short to Battery
DTC B1045 02: Audio Output 3 Left Rear Circuit Short to Ground
DTC B1055 01: Audio Output 4 Right Rear Circuit Short to Battery
DTC B1055 02: Audio Output 4 Right Rear Circuit Short to Ground

Each of the audio output channel circuits (+) and (-), at the radio and audio amplifier (if equipped) have a DC bias voltage that is one half of the battery voltage. When using a DMM, each of the audio output channel circuits will measure approximately 6.5 V DC. The audio being played on the system is produced by a varying AC voltage that is centered around the DC bias voltage on the same circuit. The AC voltage is what causes the speaker cone to move and produce sound. This voltage will vary depending on what type of audio is being listened to, talk or music, and type of music, as well as the volume setting of the system. Low volume and talk settings will measure around 1V AC and less, where constant music may measure 3 V AC and slightly higher.
Do you know how to do DC voltage testing ?
Without Amplifier without UK6
Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate speaker.
Radio ON, test for 5.0-7.5 V between the signal circuit terminal A and ground.
? If less than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
? If greater than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
Test for 5.0-7.5 V between the signal circuit terminal B and ground.
? If less than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
? If greater than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
If all circuits test normal, replace the speaker.

I have power to the radio, cd, and tape player but the display light indicating what station i have on the radio will not light up therefore i do not what station i am listening to. Would you please tell...

If it is a detachable face radio, you can try cleaning the contacts between the headunit and the face. IF this does not fix the problem, you will need to purchase another face for the unit or have it serviced. Hope this helped.

Power to the radio is from the acc On ignition switch, where does the constant B+ come from

your constant power needs to come from the positive feed of the battery and will need an in line fuse. it is used to keep the memory of all the radio stations and where you stopped listening to any cd. hope this helps, Ian.

Hi, I'm about 40 miles NW of Chicago and reception here is not great. I like to listen to AM radio. I usually use my speakers just to listen to CD's, but I decided to try my Acoustic Research receivers...

First make certain the CD player isn't on when the radio is on. CD players cause inteferance with radio's. Apart from that you will need a good aerial. If that doesn't improve it then it could be down to local conditions -hills, power lines etc, blocking the signal. Also check there's nothing around the house that might cause interferance to the signal.

U should check the line in volume. go to control panel-sound and audio-recording devices-line in properties-and then unmute from here. If already unmuted then check out that ur microphone properties has enable listen audio on ur speakers.

Speaker cuts out when ipod is hooked up to audio in port

try isolating the problem by inserting other sources such as tape deck, portable cd players, game consoles, if they work fine, test you ipod cable. next test you ipod on other audio in ports such as karaoke or other component stereos, ask a friend if he or she has one. test both, you may now have the idea where the trouble is.

hey Abdmumin,
This is what you have to do, you have to remove the radio. once you remove you have to call the jaguar tech assistance line and give them your radio number. They will give you the code to type in, the number is 1 888 524 3577 you need to listen to the recording and they will direct you where to go.

Equalizer troubles

Most likely you have the remote or power wire of the equilizer connected to the "power antenna" output of the deck, which is only powerted when you are listening to the radio. If this is the case, try switching it to the "remote" output, or any normal 12v line that switches off with the deck or ignition. If this doesn't help let me know where you have the equalizer getting its power from and I'll be able to offer more help.

The video/aux connectors in the back are inputs. You plug the lines from your tv or auxillary components "output" in to them then you can listen to it on your stereo unit.
