The descaling light started flashing after making my morning coffee. I closed the coffee maker for three hours and then performed the descaling cycle. After it was all done, the descaling light did not go off. I closed the coffee maker, disconnected it for the night and this morning it still is on. Please let me know what I should do.

The manual states that after you descale, you have to hold down the hot water button for 6 seconds, that will turn it off and "reset the timer" till the next time it needs to descale.
