Acer aspire 4520 cannot detect the built in web cam

my laptop cannot detect my built in web cam. i reformat my os and install the driver. when i click or open the web cam, the cam window will open but with no pictures just gray color. pls help me pls

i think you should change the camera it self not the driver problem because i had the same problem and i send back to acer, hope this can help you..
