Ipod won't play through speakers anymore?

The problem is the internal headphone jack has malfunctioned. To fix the problem first try doing a hard reset, then update your ipod with the newest version for it. Also try blowing it out with canned air. If this does not work and you are still under warranty schedule an appointment with a genius at your local Apple Store. If you don't have a warranty then order an internal headphone jack online and install it yourself, because apple will charge you more than your ipod is worth. Make sure you order it for your model.
