Question about 2wire (1000-400108-001) Router
Well my modem wont connect to the internet it says unable to connect to bigpond but when i connect my other modem it works perfectly the internet light is red on my modem but on the other one it is green what do i do is the modem broken or am i doing something wrong????
Make sure that your new modem is configured with the correct settings that your ISP requires you to have. Contact your ISP tech support and make sure that the modem is set up properly.
