Can't find drive definition

Did you look on the dell site? There is a service tag number on the bottom of your dell. You can use this number, on the site, to find numerous drivers, downloads, updates and upgrades for your specific laptop. You can even download them without signing up for anything, but "creating an account", lets you log on and saves you the trouble of searching for your stuff everytime you need something. You will likely find what you are looking for there and it safer than downloading from other sites.

Crucial ddr2 6400/800mhz memory timing

If the computer is functioning the memory timings are fine. If you want to tweak them anyway, go into your BIOS and try changing the memory multipliers/dividers or overclocking QPI frequency or even memory voltage. The timings look the way they do because the Crucial sticks you have are not identical. Setting all the timings the same will not improve performance, but it may cause instability (as might changing any of the memory or other overclocking parameters.) It is a trial and error process for only a slight possibility of performance improvement. Is it worth the time and effort? Only you can decide that. Learning is always a good thing. Keep good notes, benchmark after every change and you could gain valuble experience.

Let us know how it works out too! Good luck.
