Question about Microsoft Office Standard for PC
In Outlook 2007 e-mails moved to the Junk E-mail folder used to show as read but now they show as unread and I can't find an option for automatically flagging these as read. I can easily manually flag them as read if I wish.
I use the Unread Mail in favourite folders and the unread Junk E-mails are included. I only want to look at junk if and when I choose.
I can supply more details if required.
Highlight the Junk E-Mail folder in your Personal Folders; right click and select "Remove from Favorite Folders". You've undoubtedly accidentally selected "Add to Favorite Folders" when highlighting Junk E-Mail. They should no longer appear in your Favorites Folder.
