Take a good picture of the motherboard and any thing else such as blue screens with a decent camera (not with a phone) with the flash on and upload it somewhere, it will help us determine if you have a hardware related issue or a software related issue

Try installing ms/dos or windows 3.x from floppies, if you can`t do that try a different h/drive but it sound`s like your m/board is on it`s way to m/board heaven

Replacing the bad caps and fan may fix the problem.
My guess - you need a new motherboard/computer.

No audio JETWEY V266B

It seems that no audio drivers are installed in your system. You will get a Motherboard CD at the time of purchase of your system. In that you can find the Audio Drivers Installation files, You can directly install the audio drivers from the motherboard CD. If you face any problem please let us know that we can provide the necessary solution for that. Thanks for contacting Fixya.

Upgrade of ram

Your board Support 168-pin SDRAM DIMM and 184-pin DDR DIMM (Can't Use DIMM & DDR SDRAM memory Together).
I would run the 184-pin DDR. Supports PC1600/PC2100 DDR DRAM up to 2BG Max. Since you have four memory slots 2x512mb of DDR PC2100 = 1GB would be plenty. You will notice programs load faster & games run smoother. Personally, 2Gb. may help but you will not see the difference. To see a difference it is not all about memory. Mb bus speed, CPU, chipset & speed of video memory all play a part with regards to Pc overall speed. You can download your manual here.: http://www.jetway.com.tw/oldweb/evisn/download/manual/index1.htm
You can download the specs of your board here.:
http://www.jetway.com.tw/oldweb/evisn/product/amd/v266b/v266b.htm
And below is a link for some good ram.:

This should all help you decide, best wishes!

Want to up grade to 2g ddr mem

hi

is this your board?

http://www.geniyisis.com/index.html?/Jetway/v266b.htm

well, if this is your board, you can upgrade your ram to 2gb howerver since it is a dual ram...(SDRAM and DDR) you cant use all the slots at 1 time since they are of different frequencies.

you can use DDr266 (pc2100) as your RAM since this board is a socket A as it is said here in the boards specs.

hope this helps
