It will not get good signal to locate my tv channels.

Hi.
you should go into your tv's setup menu and go to the tuner settings and make sure it is set to CATV (cable tv) and not Antenna/Air also splitting a cable to many times can cause the signal to weaken and gain a lot of noise/distortion that could be an issue that can only be solved by having the company come to the house and do a test ALSO when your in the tuner menu in under your tv's setup menu try adding a non local channel manualy and then see if the tv will tune to it, if so then you might have to add them manually at the worst... my guess is that it is not set to CATV/cable tv hope this helps and if not i hope someone else can.

I had the same the problem. My tv would not change channels. I had to run the tv through my dvd player to be able to view my cable channels. The one solution listed did work for me. Set your source to tv...press menu on your remote control...go down to the 4th icon...press the right arrow...move down to CH Auto Scan and press the right arrow. The tv will scan for channels and once complete I was able to change channels again.

cable or Ant.. ? after the scan if there is no channels found (0 digital, 0 analog) then try with cable or Ant to see if any of them work.. if they still don't pick up any channels and the whole yellow progress line goes across.. then it sounds like the tuner on the tv is bad.. and the tuner is part of the main-board so the whole main-board will have to be exchange or repair.. contact Amergence technology they are a 3rd party repair center that service Olevia TV's and they will be able to give you an idea on the repair cost..

Hey, most stations are not broadcasting analog anymore. That is why you are only getting 10 channels.
