I am not able to program my television as the paperwork cannot be found,
it is an older model, but not ancient. The numbers inside the remote are
RCR412SI1619P (if that is of any help).

I would suggest getting this universal remote, it is a Phillips Universal Digital 5 device remote, I have yet to find any device this remote will not operate, it is simply outstanding! it is a Model PHDVD5, and WalMart should have it, not too expensive but its worth its weight in gold! just follow the instructions in the manual for "Programing with Code Search" Page #12, goodluck:)
