    DonAsh Its just a network issue. Try pinging the printer's IP address you will see that there will no respond from the printer.

  • p3s3 I have similar problem on Kyocera KM4050. The solution mentioned for JIMMIE839 has already been during configuration and even then the problem persist.┬áPlease suggest some other solutions if you have.

You have to have a user name and password set up on the computer you are scanning to then you set theat up in the address you set up on the copier.

Fix to the Problem. Change the port setting when connecting it to xp/2003
