You can expect some light accumulation of liquid in parts of the basket. Keep in mind, this part is housed within the washer outer tub which contain the water as the basket does the crazy things wash baskets do.
Don't know why you feel you need to disassemble a washer to clean it so meticulously. Was it wobbling or not draining or did you just get bored?
All frontload HE washers have a rip cord you can use to manually open the door but try to clean out your pump filter first. Your tech sheet is also there behind the service panel. Simply going by the diagnostics and cleaning out the filter could save you a bunch od money. Here is a nice video which shows how. H.E. PUMP FILTER CLEANUP
The F51 error code indicates that the control is not sensing proper motor movement through the signals from the RPS (rotor position sensor) circuit. This can be caused by several different problems. Make sure that you are not overloading the washer. Overloading can cause this problem. A toy or foreign object could be under the washer that is interfering with motor rotation. With the washer empty, spin the basket inside the washer tub to see if it spins relatively easily.
If not, you could an item caught between the spin basket and the tub. You could have a wire harness problem causing signals to not be transmitted properly between the RPS and the machine control board.
A failed RPS sensor or a failed control board could also cause this problem.

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and
stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws
panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the hose
see.The white filter cover is right in front.
Get yourself a bunch of towels or a good big plastic bag to collect
Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the

there is a removable access panel on the front of the machine under the door. Remove one screw from each side. There you will find the pump that has a strainer basket on it. Remove that and clean the blockage out of there. You will also find attached to the panel, another manual that explains the codes better
