Hello Marc Polz,
What email server do you have?
hotmail, yahoo, aol, ect.
Sorry, i miss read your question.
You can open up the emails and copy the contect and past it on a word document. If it is photos you can right click and select save as... and give it a name and a location on your computer. If it is an attatched file, simply download it to your computer.
Once you have the file (text, photo, or another file) you can use a buring program such as Nero, or just go to My Computer> and select the CD drive. dragg the contect there are burn your CD.
I hope this have solved your question, if it didnt pls let me know,

If you are browsing your emails in a internet browser, one way to save the whole page including the email would be to open it and then in your browser, click File and Save As, then save it to your hard drive.
you can also save the photos by right clicking on them and selecting save picture(it may say something diffrent) and then select where you want it saved.
you can also set up outlook express to download the emails into your computer, this way the internet service is always free of room and you have your emails all stored on your computer. only down side is if you have a computer failure it may be difficult for you to get your old emails back. as in the internet, you don't have to worry about loosing your emails from the email service.
ones you have the pictures and or emails on your computer, you can burn them into a cd or copy them into a usb drive or anything else, you can add comments on this page if you need more assistance with this problem..
Thanks,
Ekse
