Question about Computers & Internet
You want to hit the delete button at start-up or what ever key-combo that you see at start-up to enter the bios setup..the bios will open after a sec.. just hold the key or keys to enter. Don't change anything you don't know about, just look for were it says integrated peripherals and turn off the audio.
You should see audio and video in there, don't turn off your video unless you have an external video card your installing to... Just look to find audio that says enabled and disable it if you can't find the integrated peripherals. That will turn off the audio on the motherboard so your sound card has no conflicts anymore and should work without a hitch...If after that you have problems you should reinstall the drivers for your sound card as WINDOWS probably messed up your drivers... :) :)
Please say if this helped your problem....
