Your problem isn't totally clear but if you mean that it beeps every time you press a button when txting go into you sound settings and turn off your key volume. Otherwise if you've requested delivery reports to say your txt has been delivered to your sender, go into message settings and turn off delivery reports.

I am trying to stop (disable) the Tex part of the phone. and receive only forwarded calls. is there a setting like that? It is a prepaid phone and when I do not have money on it I keep getting Tex messages...

Hello Lynn,

Call up verizon and tell them to disable any incoming text messages. I have T-mobile now and have done it with both companies. They will turn off the text capability and it is real easy!

Good luck, and if this helps please consider giving me a good (great!) rating on the help I have offered you. Thank :-)

What can I do to stop that annoying beep sound

Usually that "beep" alert is an indication that your phone is NOT on vibrate, but on "beep". Check your side volume keys and make sure that your setting is on vibrate, then click "ok" to confirm your changed preference.
