-   Canon MP620: mpdrivers cannot be installed. Vista Ultimate.

-   OS Vista Home Basic - installed drivers from both CD and website a total of 42 times!! Canon's answer on their website is if you complete their troubleshoot and still can't install the driver then "your system is unstable" ...
I have done every diagnostic test available ... no problems whatsoever.
Planning to return printer tomorrow if I can't get this solved!
Not happy :(
