This is an error on your Copiers memory,hard drive or the main controller board.Any of this may need changing.Have it checked.

E051 indicates that the side registration sensor is not detected try to switch off/on the machine but if the same error code display again thre is a small motor that drive the sensor assy should be change.try to move the sensor manualy by opening the upper right side peep inside you will see a long white plastic wth teeth push to this to right side hope this will help

reversing guide cooling fan (FM9).
Is the connection of these fans
normal? Is the drive signal of the fan
identified in the previous step about
22 VDC while the fan is rotating orabout 12 VDC otherwise?
That is one side with the fans,
Secondly, if the fans are found right, then for sure you need to change the DC Controller.
