Question about Epson Stylus Photo R1800 InkJet Printer
Was trying to print on roll paper and it didn't feed, and the ink got into the spongy pads. I've used rubbing alcohol to clean, plus a towel to soak up, but what do i do next? there has to be a way to replace the spongey things, or will the ink just dry and I'll be OK? Guess I should wait to print anything for a couple of days? Thanks
You have cleaned well it should be ok if not i suggest you clean it well to avoid inks marking your print outs....and than when you have cleaned well...remove cartridge and using hair dryer if available dry the pads thoroughly..you should be OK..
no need to panic
