Yes! go to Navidia folder. most likely is located in C directory.
you need to uncompress the file from there and copy it to the c:|windows\system32 folder.

While playing a youtube video there is no sound.

You might be having an issue with sound drivers. Try to fix it using Windows System Restore. If it doesn't work, Right click Computer icon, select Properties, then Device Manager. Under Sound Video and Game Controller (or any Unknown Device), check to see if there's any device that's having a conflict (or disabled). If it's disabled, simple enable it. If it's having a conflict, Right click then select update drivers. You might need to obtain the original driver cd that came with your computer. Please send a feedback if this works for you. Thanks.

Good morning, I was given a 3 pack (Marine SharpShooter Trilogy as a gift, & was deployed (Militarily) soon afterwards, so I hadn't set it up on my computer. I am home now, & loaded the 1st disc...

It is a video compatibility error. First make sure you have DirectX 10. Download HERE.

The error message: 'Could Not Initialize Renderer' means that your video card does not fully support the features required by Marine Sharpshooter II (Hardware T&L Not Supported)

Now we need to talk about your video chip. You haven't listed what you have for video in your computer so I can only give you general help. Try the following and if you need more help post back with you specific video chip make and model.

1. download / install 3D-Analyze (http://www.3dfxzone.it/files?object=3dfx&objid=100)
2. select (.exe) program
3. check Emulate HW TnL
4. check Force SW TnL Caps
5. click run

You may end up having to get a DirectX 9.0c compliant card from Nvidia (Geforce) or AMD/ATI (Radeon)

Vista crashes when opening video folder

this will happen with invalid or damaged codecs especially oog and mkv
you need to reinstall your codecs or hit the stop button soon as you open it and then change the view to list or details.

there is no sure way to fix this issue. This issue comes from vista attempting to read the video and create thumbnails of it.

I have a vertical black in the left corner of my screen

It could be a lot of different possibilities. You could try doing a system restore to an earlier date that you can recall the black vertical not being visible to see if it was an issue with your system. If it's still there then we've narrowed it down to being either your video card or monitor. Try changing your screens resolution and desktop wallpaper to see if that fixes it. If not try a different monitor, still no go? If you have another compatible video card handy you could try swapping that out to see if it's the video card. If all else fails try to reformat your machine back to factory default settings although worst case replacing the video card and monitor should definitely resolve your issue.

Internet explorer script error line 1908 pop up

An Internet Explorer script error is usually the result of something done by the web developer regarding the script of the webpage you are viewing, which is totally out of your hands so there isnt much you can do about these.

Most of the time, these are just a nuisance and you can turn off these error messages if you want to -

1- open Internet Explorer
2- click on the Tools menu
3- select the Internet Options menu item
4- open the Advanced tab
5- check the box next to "Disable script debugging"
6- remove the check next to "Display a notification about every script error"
7- click the OK button

gehenna_0.gif

In some cases the error is due to something happening on your PC rather than the webpage itself such as Java applets, active scripting or ActiveX controls are being blocked, the relevant scripting engine on your computer is out of date, your video card driver is out of date or DirectX drivers are out of date.

If you do not wish to turn off the notifications but want to try to get rid of these messages you can make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card, DirectX is up to date and Java is running at the latest version.

If this issue is coming up on every page you view rather than just one or two, one last issue that could be causing these is some type of virus or malware - so as a final check please ensure you are running up-to-date virus protection and malware protection, and complete some scans ASAP.

Thanks, if this solution helps please rate :)

Iam not getting you tube

Ya, I don't get it either. They are nuts huh? Jus kidding.

Check your cookin settings, and internet options, where it says play video. Does it load just can't watch video? Or wont even go? Try a search for it then choose a video instead of home page. Hope this helps

Beep codes 1long and 2 short with blank screen

Usually Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information.

This is usually caused by a problem with the video card, or the memory on the video card. It can also be a motherboard issue.

You could try removing the video card and re-seating it. Also you may try using a another power connector than the one you are using as one of them may have a problem. But it looks like a video problem. Check BIOS in case your settings changed and the onboard video (if present) is on. In certain Mainboard it could be a memory issue, reseat your RAM too.

Hope it helps.
