I think it may depend a little on what brand you have. on ours we just play the song and pause, the options come up for the song and i select delete (RCA). another we have is a sansa and its about the same.

I have loaded 116 songs onto an MP3 player but dont seem to have any volume. A messgae comes up saying Media Engine error DRM license not available

sounds like the music you put on it is full of DRM. You can either rip the music off the original cd to mp3 and not include DRM. Or you can request a non DRM version download from where you downloaded it to begin with.

I dont kno how to download song!

Download and install iTunes.
Grab songs from a CD using Windows Media Player, or sign up for an online music service (or purchase songs directly from iTunes).
Open iTunes.
Click on the icon of the iPod.
Click on music - add the folder in which your songs are stored.

Better yet - read the full version of your user's manual.

Cna't get songs

first... all audio must be either mp3 or wav files...... to drag and drop... but great news that little disc you got with your mp3 player has a converter on it.... open program once you download it and click the add tab... find your music(or movie or pics)and add those (dont drag) and then "convert" them its an all in one proses-- converts and uploads them to your mp3 player... remember to safley remove hardware( in ur bottom right toolbar) and presto--- you are a tech savvy mp3 having kind of person...... enjoy

Just click this link to download the firmware, and follow the directions after install. You should be able to add/delete songs again. It just worked for my player. Hope this was helpful.

Can't view songs on Sansa e260

go into wmp11 and disable the auto synch feature, then you will be able to add your own. depending on the size of the files, and the length of the songs, you are about right with the 510 number.
