Cant launch installation cd (by 13 users)

i just bought the logitech quickcam pro 5000, and when i insert the installation cd, nothing happens. other cd's and installation programs work, but not the logitech cd. help!

I have the same problem.

Try opening the CD from windows explorer. Their may not be an autorun file on that CD. If for some reason it's corrupted, download the files from logitech's website.

i can lost my logitech web cam cd . now want to insttal but i dun know the model and also i cant find it in the logitech webcam cuz i brought it a few yrs ago

you can go to the site www.logitech.com where you can find your product and on right hand side of the column you can find troubleshoots and downloading option ower there go to the downloading and after finding your product you can dwnload setup from there i have done the same thing.

I have the exact same problem. This was a gift sent to me by my son. He purchased it online and it was sent to him. The disk looks warped and won't load.
