The pin arrangement is 4 pins and pins.
From left top row (4 pins) first 2 are power led, next 2 are power switch, next 1 is empty
from left bottom row ( 5 pins ) first 2 are hdd, next 2 are reset, next 1 is empty.
The connectors for the power led and the hdd produce a light, if they don't produce a light, power off your pc and switch the cables round the other way and power on again.

You should be able to press the Auto Off button and it cancels the automatic option. Hold it down and while keeping pressure on the button, pull the power cord from the Wall. keep holding the button and reinsert the Power Cord once again. Lift up and see if it did a Reset.

Reseting router back to factory default

There is a reset button on the back of the router. Press and hold the button (it's recessed, probably near the power cord connector) for 30 seconds. This will reset the router back to factory settings. Go ahead and pull the power cord after you reset and let the router power cycle.

My "hp pavilion a220n" won't power on. ... I was

Pull the power cord out and press the power button on the PC to drain the power for 10 seconds. Then plug the power cord back in and turn the computer on. If still does not work, then the power supply may be blown out and needs replacement.

It just says E on my printer and said it had a paper jam whichi have cleared and it still says E. I have turned it on and off and pressed lots of buttons and i cant get it off

Try resetting the printer:
  1. Press the On button to turn off the unit.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the unit.
  3. Connect the power cord to the back of the unit.
  4. Press the On button to turn on the unit.
If a light is on at the "inkdrop", you may need to replace the cartridge.

Hope this helps.

I cant reach the paper that is jamed what do i do

Have you been able to take the door off at the rear?

If you haven't tried this before, there is usually a door at the rear of the printer, with two circular recesses. Push the latches in and lift the door out, then see if you can reach some or all of your stuck paper.

HI

You can do a reset and it will reset to the default password which is admin. the reset button is right next to the power connector. Hold it infor 30 seconds, while holding it, pull the power connector out then hold it for 15 seconds longer. . afterwards , release the rest button and put the power connector back in. the go to the setup page, 192.168.1.1 and login with the password admin (no need for username.)

System turns on however hard drive will not cycle nor will mouse or key board activate

Turn power off and unplug power from computer.
Unplug printers,backup drives and speakers.
Open case and unplug power supply from the board.
plug power cord back in press the power button.
Of course nothing will happen.
unplug power cord again.
plug power supply back into the board.
plug power cord backup and press power switch.
If nothing happens unplug power cord again.
pull out your memory sticks and plug cord back in and press power button.
Of course not much will happen.
But really something is happening to your computer so continue.
Pull power cord and replace memory sticks.
replace power cord and press power switch.
Continue this pulling out pci cards one at a time until you find out what the problem might be.
Try different keyboards and mice too.
Good Luck
