- I am having the same problem with the light cyan ink cartridge. Epson gave me a number for a repair center and the gentleman there said it was a problem with the chip inside the ink cartridge slot. That the part was only about fifteen dollars, but the labor was going to be over three hundred to replace! Anyone been through this and have a better suggestion? - jml990Jan 02, 2009
