Problem for Sony KV-27S20 27" TV
Casing Broken
Can you please tell me where I might find someone who would carry the outside casing for this TV. Moving this TV from one house to another this summer made the outside casing, on the bottom and side of the TV shatter!

- Same problem. While carrying the TV, the case shattered. Fortunately, no foot or furniture was in the way. This makes for an accident to happen and Sony should own up to it. - GLABK6Feb 08, 2008
- Ditto! I called Sony, and guess what: no replacement! Great!The tv works great, but because of the heat that is put out, the casing gets ultra-brittle and busted in multiple places.
I guess we can only hope for somebody that has a non-working model and wants to make some money.
Anybody?
