Question about SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
I am downloading songs to my friends Sansa E270. He told me to delete the tracks on his device and then add mine. At first I tried deleting his files through MY COMPUTER window...but then I read that it should be done through Windows Media Player. Through WMP, I can see the songs I uploaded but not the songs already on there. How do I delete the songs he uploaded so I have enough room to add mine?
Now the real problem...a window came up saying bad track...then the screen went totally blank. The screen is on (dark) but does nothing now. The menu button doesn't even turn on or off anymore. Please help!!!
Well if you can still connect it to your computer just format the mp3 this should work after the format just go to WMP and sync your music
1. connect mp3 to computer
2. got to "My Computer "
3. find the mp3 in the computer
4. right click on the mp3 drive
5. click on "Format"
6. click on ok
note : formating will delete all picture, songs, and videos on the device
