I have had and used this unit for almost (2) years now without problem. Today, when making a pot of coffee, the unit did not disperse into the cop however inside the unit somewhere and on to the counter top.
If this unit is plugged up, is it normal to dispense to the inside of the maker and to the counter top? Please provide a repair recommendation as well as provided if needed.

We have just had this problem to happen to us, when my husband unscrewed the screws in the bottom of the unit, he found that the HOSE had shaken loose or came off. Inside was a small plastic tubing that connects together to let the water run from the reservior to the drip chamber. Once he reconnected the water hose everything worked properly. I pray that this helps you!
Check to see if the gasket around the top "pointy thing" is damaged or missing. That just happened to mine.
Keurig will send you a replacement gasket free of charge. Just call them at 1-866-901-BREW (2739) with your model and serial numbers. The numbers are on the bottom of the machine.
We had a pot for almost 2 years and loved it, then it started making coffee all by itself. We had purchased it at Costco, so they took it back as defective. We are now on our 5th B66 pot in the past few weeks. I have worked with Keurig on 3 of these pots and they finally sent me a new one from the factory. We used it for 2 days and now have the same problem. The other 4 just kept saying Not Ready. After talking to several tech's at Keurig, they think the heating elements are burning out in them. They could be a fire hazard, so be careful. We are contacting the Consumer product Safety Commission. I loved my pot and really miss having my coffee. I would call Keurig and report the problem. Maybe they can tell you how to replace the heating element.

It starts to brew, then only dispenses a little amount of coffee. I have checked the exit needle and have throughly rinsed out the k-cup holder. Usually it takes a couple of seconds before it starts dispensing, but it starts dripping immediately when this happens. Sometimes I can turn it off and back on and it will work but not always.
