Hi !

if you know how to slave your Hard Disk, try to slave it on other PC with the same windows OS you have. Then the file that you accidentally deleted to your Hard disk, OR you may clone all the System file in the Windows folder " C:\ WINDOWS ". in that way your OS will run back to it's normal process.

My operating system was accidentally deleted from my Asus netbook. I want to reboot it with a bootable pendrive but it doesnt work. It gives the message, NTLDR is missing, press ctrl+alt+del

Below is Microsofts solution to your error. Reload the OS with a Microsoft CD format it completely not the fast format option reload from sctratch. If you have no CDrom use an external.

Systems hard disk drive has FAT32 file system. Computer hard disk drive has INT-13 extensions with a system-ID type of 0C in the partition table The heads value in the FAT32 BIOS Pattern Block (BPB) is inaccurate.
To resolve the error message "NTLDR is Missing" follow the below steps: Boot the computer with a Windows 95 or Windows 98 Startup diskette or another bootable diskette with sys.com on it.
At the A:\> prompt type: sys c: <press enter> After pressing enter you should receive the prompt "System Transferred". Once the file system has been transferred reboot the computer without the diskette and attempt to reproduce the error.
