Hello I would like to make a clean on my copier, the copies are a little black I already change the heat roller, but need the manual for making a general clean :-) Thanks
If your copies are a little black, you might need Developer, Charge, or new Drum...
If you open your machine, unplug it first; be careful as ESD is not a good thing for the boards...
If toner and Developer are dumping inside machine, do not use water (or a wet rag) to clean developer or toner. As this will cause humidity inside machine.
Techs use a special towel that absorbs this.
Use a vacuum with a micro filter, as the toner/developer is very fine and a regular vacuum will spray it every where.
As for a Service manual, that is typically supplied to the dealer/tech from the manufacture

Hi the the wrench symbol appears when its time for maintenance depending of the type of service needed the copier will shut down, the only why to over come this is to call your service provider for maintenance they will replace what ever parts and or sevice thats needs to be done, they will then enter the code that is need to reset the wrench symbol..

just make sure you cleaned all mirrors, **** glass, and glass of discharge lamps. if you sure that when you copy a lighter image and the black line is also ligthens, those parts i mentioned are the only parts that concerned with.
