After working properly for about 2 minutes,
everything just shuts down, the computer starts restarting
and I have to start again. Except, off course, that all the attempts are futile, because nothing ever gets done.
The same card works fine with the other computer.
I don't know why it doesn't work on this one when it fullfills the requirements.

Second- reboot, and remove the references to the card from your control panel.
Third- shut down again, and after a clean reboot, where you are certain the that you have removed the drivers from your system by checking the control panel, insert your driver CD and follow the instructions. If it does not autostart, go to START>RUN>(CD or DVD driveletter)setup.exe.
When the files are done installing, shut down your computer, and install the card.
When you restart, you should get the FOUND NEW DEVICE prompt- follow the instructions, and you will be good to go!
