Please can you help me. My camera is practically brand new and all of a sudden it wont turn on. When I press the power button, the blue power light comes on and then it starts flashing and goes of again. The screen however does not come on at all and the lens does not open. Please can you help?

- My daughter camera is doing the exact samething...after several attempts we finally made out the screen flashes "lense error 306". This carmera has not been dropped? She got the camera in June 2008 it stop working by September 2008, it's to late to take it back to the store...any help please!!!- Raquel2008

i had the same problem,but i found out that i had put the battery badly wen charging,so ensure yo battery is input properly,i hope tis is the solution to yo problem,chao
