Hi psdhanjal,
this is a common issue with the program. Try this. Right click once on the start button, slide up to Explorer & left click on it. Right click once on the C: drive & left click Search. In the search top window type the name of the file m3plugin.dll
Click search. Windows will find the file. Right click once on the file m3plugin.dll & left click Copy. Windows Explorer is still opened. Scroll down to Program Files folder & click the plus sign next to it. Open the sub folder. Find Mywebsearch & open it. Find the folder 1.bin Right click once on that folder & left click past. Close all opened windows & restart the system.
The program should function again.
Good luck!
