My computer shows "you may be a victim of software

you have to uninstall windows and office for your convenience and to remove that piracy warning. after reinstalling your software, DO NOT register your copy of windows nor your office online for the serial key may be blocked or blacklisted.

Ask my laptop is a victim of sofware confitieting frm soft ware genuine soft ware

you need to purchase legal software, uninstall the software you have and re-install the legal copy.. If this includes your operating system, then you should backup all the files you wish to keep BEFORE re-installing the operating system.. You can sometimes get around re-installing if the software will accept a legal product key but you will still have to purchase a full and legal copy to do this. Once done, you can contact microsoft for a release code..

Please help me

Unfortunately Microsoft has invoked the "WGA"
(windows genuine advantage tool) and constantly checks your copy of microsoft products for validity.
There are many sites dedicated to overcoming this intrusion which many consider an invasion of privacy.
Unfortunately I cannot post the links to these sites here due to the legal ramifications, but a search containing the following parameters "wga tool virus avoid " Will offer solutions.
I NEVER reccomend using the automatic Automatic updates from windows, I prefer to use the "download updates but let me choose when to install" located in your control panel under "automatic updates".

Thank you for taking the time.

Counterfeiting...

This happens when you install an update from microsoft for Windows, and particularly Windows XP. Some people install copies of the retail vesions of windows that came with another computer. And this may lead to another problem. Such as Windows genuine advantage validation checks to fail. This happens when you use a pirated copy of windows XP.

It is always suggested that using a genuine purchased and licensed copy of windows XP will ensure technial support from Microsoft and their partners. This will help you from the message that you have been encountered.

If you believe you are using an original purchased version of Windows, then I would suggest you to change the windows Product key. And this will help you stop this message.

The reason you get this meassage is that, the windows product key that you are using is illegal and blacklisted by microsoft. Changing the key to an original product key will solve this issue.

The Product key changer tool is available for download free from microsoft' website.
