Question about Toshiba 55H70 55" Rear Projection Television
I called a Toshiba certified repair man over 2 months ago, when he came he took the board from the TV to fix the convergence, he came back 3 weeks later and it got worse. The convergence was worse and the picture kept spinning. So the next day he took the whole TV and now has had it for 5 weeks. He told me it would be made a priority fix, but every week he has excuses for not fixing it. Two weeks ago he told me he fixed it, and then this Tusday he said he was doing one more thing, and after that I left a message everyday for him and no one picks up or returns my calls. I went to his shop Friday afternoon, though their timing is 9-5, no one is there, I had went there on Wednesday also and the guy there told me he would tell the boss to call me, but that never happened. This business is also not a member of BBB, what steps can I take? Thank you.
Call toshiba and ask them if they can recommend another toshiba authorized servicer have them put your tv back together and tell them its an excessive time to wait it ten words or less they dont know what they are doing 90 percent of the toshs fixed should be completed in two hours or less
