My truck will idle fine without overheating, but as soon as you start driving it overheats to over 260 degrees. Already flushed the radiator, replaced the thermostat, drove without a thermostat and it still over heats. Also, the fan clutch doesn't appear to be slipping at all. Any suggestions?
Sounds like the water pump fins aren't doing their job. I suggest changing the water pump. Been there, done that. Bad pump.

How hot are you talking? You checked your cooling fan? You know your water pump is good? Not loosing any anti-freeze anywhere?

Stop driving the car asap, have it checked and fixed, otherwise you could be facing very expensive repair in the ery near future.

I have had this happen with my ranger. Changed everything I could to try to fix the over heating. It turned out that I had a small leak in my head gasket and it was allowing exsaust gas to go into the cooling system witch was over pressurizing it. Also the air from the exsaust will heat up much faster than liquid making your thermostat to read hot and will not be able to blow hot air in the cab because there is no liquid going to the heater core. This happened to me when my blet came off and I tryed to make it home. If you had it over heat for a long peirod of time it may have ripped the head gasket.

I hope you have managed to solve the radiator problem by now. Seicento seem to suffer from water flow blockage in the heater blower area. I recommend you check the piper behind the carburator and make sure water is flowing. Normally when these pipes are blocked, water will flow back to the expansion tank and start leaking through its cap. You can also open the small screw on the small pipe coming out from the back panel behind the carburator and see whetehr water flows. Also, if the water is heard grumbling when engine is switched off, it is highly likely that the water is not flowing through the heater unit. Hope this helps.

Check your water pump and also sometimes a radiator flush is not good enough more than likely the radiator is blocked you have take to a radiator expert and have pulled apart and cleaned thoroughly
