Question about HP LaserJet 9040mfp All-In-One Printer
Printer is out of warranty and i need to replace the DC Controller part # RG5-7780-060CN does anyone have a step by step guide.
You may have this resolved already or possibly you just decided to purchase a new printer or have it serviced somewhere.. so if someone happens to care:
remove front top cover by removing stay on leftside and screw on right side slide cover to right and remove
remove rear cover 2 screws
remove top rear cover 3 screws along forward edge use flat blade screw driver to lift sides
remove left side cover 2 screws and 2 clips
remove metal cover 10 screws (3 left 2 top 2 right 2 botom 1 botom right from rear of printer

the fuser motor and J1101 on the
DC controller PCB. Replace any
