That appears to be an OEM model used by HP and possibly others. If you are looking for NIC / Audio drivers etc, you may find what you need by getting the drivers from HP:

Drivedr ASUS D33005

Hi
Research has shown that this board is actually Asus A8M2N-LA (the name is often obscured by the graphics card). It was manufactured specifically for HP/Compaq and Asus do not therefore support it with drivers etc on their website, which is otherwise excellent for finding drivers, specifications and a lot of other data about their boards. Since you do not give a HP/Compaq model number, I can only suggest that you go to the page link below where you will be able to enter your HP/Compaq model number and get the drivers you need for your OS

I have often used it and found it quite easy

Connecting cdrom &dvdrom to A8M2N-LA m/b?

You may have to use the front Line Input connector F_LINE_IN1 in the corner. There doesn't appear to be a dedicated DVD audio input listed on the internal connector listing in the manual:-
