That appears to be an OEM model used by HP and possibly others. If you are looking for NIC / Audio drivers etc, you may find what you need by getting the drivers from HP:

I want motherboard disk or audio driver .model : ASUS motherboard SIS 968,P5SD2-VM,

I could be mistaken but I think your audio system is a Realtek .
If you need driver for Realtek AC97 under Windows Vista or 7, you can download the driver from : http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-AC-97-Driver-Windows-Vista-Windows-7/3000-2120_4-10962344.html
If you need it for earlier versions , go here :
http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-AC-97-Driver-Windows-98-Me-2000-XP-2003/3000-2120_4-10238712.html
Best regards .

No driver.. can u give an adress where i can download my asus motherboard driver

You can download your specific ASUS motherboard and OS drivers from ASUS support site (which is usually pretty overloaded and slow):

http://support.asus.com/

or from a free alternative site such as:
http://www.nodevice.com/driver/company/ASUS/Motherboard.html

There are many alternative sites that you can also Google but make sure they do not demand payment for the drivers (I usually avaoid any sites that have 'driver' in their web site names!

Hope it helps!

Audio driver of window 7 for asus motherboard model P4P-800 VM

There is no official Sound Drivers for Win7 for your ASUS mobo P4P-800 VM intergrated "Sound Max" drivers.

You can try the workaround to install the drivers to your new OS on your PC from this FORUM SITE.

Good luck.

Good day sir.i have a problem,i don't where can i download my asus tusi-m rev. 1.02 audio driver.hope you can solve...thanks

I hope that ASUS has a driver for your operating system, but you'll have to visit their web site:

http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx

When it loads into your web browser, click on "Download" in the blue bar at the top of the page.

Next, look in the upper-left corner.
In the space that says "Input Model to Search" type in TUSI-M.
Below that select "Drivers".
Below that click the "Search Info" Button.

In the middle of the next page click on "TUSI-M".

You will then be prompted to choose the Operating system from a pop-up list.

The next page will display all of the drivers you can download for your motherboard.
Note that you also get access to Bios, Utilities, and Manual for your motherboard.

Kudos to Ken, an ASUS Board Member and his post whose directions I have paraphrased above.

Motherboard support CD does not support this operating system (WNT_6.1P_64_MCE)"

In that case the drivers on the disk that came with the motherboard are for an older version.
To get the drivers for the OS you have installed you must go to the Asus site, find the download page for your model of motherboard and from there get the latest drivers.

I have formated my harddrive & i do not have the motherboard drivers, now i have no sound I am running on windows XP the motherboard is (ASUS P4S8x.x)when i try to install the Audio driver from your...

When you say you installed the "Audio driver from your site" do you mean from asus.com? They provide that driver for free.

http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?model=P4S8X-X&SLanguage=en-us

If you download that, click on the install.exe and nothing happens, then open Device Manager, right-click on the audio icon that has no driver, select "update driver" then browse to the W2K_XP folder with the driver you downloaded. That should do it.
